The Community Answers "What's Your Key to the Perfect Swim?"

As an open water swimmer, you have preferences unique to you. While most swimmers have some preferences and desires in common, everyone has a different picture in their head of what a perfect swim is and what enables them to have a perfect swim.

We recently asked the open water swimming community what their key to the perfect swim is. Here are the responses we received on Facebook and Instagram.

  • “Beautiful skies...love to see that every time I take a breath. My last great OWS was in September in Virginia. Sky was clear of clouds, and the leaves on the trees were on fire in reds, oranges, and yellows. Every time I took a breath a got a blast of blue sky and autumn colors. Miss that.” - John D.
