The Community Answers, “What is the Perfect Length of an Open Water Swim?”

Open water swims can be almost any length. Our swimmers tackle swims as short as .5 miles during an Odyssey Berkeley swim, and as long as 10-20 miles on private crossings.

Every swimmer has different limits and preferences when swimming in the open water. We recently asked the open water swimming community for their perfect length when swimming in the open. Here are the responses we received on our Facebook and Instagram social media pages.
